We want our patients to feel that the treatment is well worth the investment of energy and expense. Our treatment plan focuses on the long-term cure of dental problems and we look at the whole body and restore dental problems accordingly.

- Dio implant - lifetime warranty
- Tooth restorations - metal-free crowns, veneers 5 years
- Metal-ceramic crowns, 3 years
- Partial combined dentures 3 years
- Full and partial removable dentures 1 year
- Fillings 1 year
Terms of Warranty
Should you be experiencing any problem with your teeth following the treatment, contact your dentist immediately (by phone or email). Once your treatment is completed, you will be required to appear at a specific control examination. Dental hygiene treatment should be performed at Sorridente Clinic at least once a year.
Warranty Exceptions
The preparation of teeth for crowns, bridges or veneers etc. may cause greater trauma to the treated tooth. This may result in the need of root canal treatment to save the tooth.
- No guarantee can be provided for the root canal treatments due to the unique anatomic attributes of root canals, and unexplored canals
- Guarantee does not cover the fracture, cracking, loss, or discoloration of the prepared temporary replacements or fillings
- It is not possible to change the colour of the prostheses after the fitting/gluing (temporary gluing and multiple tests are offered for double-checking the new restorations)
Loss of Warranty
- Smoking in the case of implantation (even in case of recurring passion after ossification)
- If you have a general condition that negatively affects your dental condition (osteoporosis, chemotherapy, diabetes, epilepsy)
- If you have any repairs to our dentures or fillings made at another dental clinic (exception: upfront consultation by phone or email with the attending physician or partner recognized by our dental clinic
- If the patient does not show up on the pre-arranged control examination and on the annual dental hygiene treatment
- Accidental injuries (fractures of dentures as a result of inappropriate use)
- If the patient does not wear the night shield despite the clinical recommendation
- In case of bite disorder (squeaking, tooth decay)
- Considering that the patient has previously rejected the treatment option for full mouth rehabilitation
