What are the problems that require emergency care?
- Root canal treatment or extraction of teeth originating from inflammation
- Traumatic injuries of the teeth or jaw (restoration of the tooth, fixation, medication, removal of the tooth / root, restoration of the sprained jaw, repositioning of a broken jaw)
- Infection around wisdom tooth
- Treatment of infected lips or mouth, treatment of abscesses, removal of a foreign body, medication

What precautions are taken to ensure the safety of our patients and staff?
- We give everyone a specific time to avoid long waiting times and congestion
- There is only one patient in the waiting room, or a child with an attendant at a time
- The handles, plastic chairs, and the reception desk as well as the washbasin are disinfected after each patient
- We welcome our patients in masks, goggles, and protective clothing for mutual safety
- We take a break between treatments for proper airing and to disinfect everything in the surgery and change for the next intervention.
- If someone arrives for treatment sooner than scheduled, they need to wait outside the building
What do we ask for to ensure uninterrupted care?
- Please arrive for your appointment on time!
- If possible, arrive unaccompanied, children should be escorted by one parent or relative
- Please wash your hands immediately upon arrival and use the hand sanitizer in the waiting room!
- We ask you to come to the office in a mask. (if necessary, we provide the mask for our patients)
- Please fill in the questionnaire received on arrival!
- Please do not come for dental treatment with symptoms of upper respiratory disease (cough, running nose, fever), wait until the symptoms are gone, and follow the relevant guidelines!
- !! For the safety of our colleagues and yourself, we ask you to comply fully with our requests!
