How to Spend Your Time in Quarantine

“Above dark clouds the sky is always blue!”

Never forget that one day this compulsory leave will come to an end and then you will need energy and humour to carry on. Use every moment to have lasting memories with your loved ones. A golden opportunity that is. 🙂

You don’t have to think about big things, paying honest attention to each other is more precious than anything else. Let’s think together. 🙂

Dentistry tips for your kids:

We are now giving you tips related to dentistry, thus teaching the little children the importance of oral and dental hygiene, the role of prevention.

  • The kids are really enjoying brushing their teeth together. We can even start a 2-3-minute music, for which they prefer to brush their teeth with a lot of grimaces on their face and giggle.
  • Even lying on the carpet together with the children you can make fantastic drawings of the tooth-destroying elf. He cannot wait for someone to suck a lollipop and he starts to destroy the enamel. Then draw carrots, apples and tell your children that those tiny teeth are grateful for their attention.
  • Tell them why It is so important to be careful with the amount of sugar they eat and make healthy snacks together. There are plenty of recipes on the internet, from homemade sugar-free gummy bears to apple pancakes with sweetener.
  • Give them a daily task, chopping apples, carrots, cucumbers, kohlrabi etc. would do.
  • During work, we can tell them about the important role of fibers in overall health and the health of the teeth.

Adults should not be left without tips either:

  • Keep on doing exercises as now it is even more essential for health. With gymnastics together or a pillow fight before going to bed, the kids will fall asleep sooner. This gives us time for a little chat and wine together. Of course, don’t drink too much, red wine can cause discolouration.
  • Everyone is suffering from this difficult situation with awareness and anxiety. Let’s try to stay calm and bring some fun, liveliness into the children’s restricted lives. We really should try to be happy that finally we can spend more time together, even if it is not easy.

We hope that we could help you a little with these tips. 🙂

We look forward to your ideas, share your experiences with us!
